These terms cover your use of stillsteep.com and your purchases from Stillsteep. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English on purpose.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfill it (for example, a blend is out of stock) — you'll hear from us if that happens.

Shipping, refunds & replacements

Shipping terms are on the shipping page. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, our refund policy applies: email us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

The product

Our teas are food products. Store them sealed, away from heat and light. Nothing on this site is medical advice — if you have questions about caffeine or ingredients relative to your health, ask your doctor, not a tea company.

This website

• Content on this site (words, images, branding) belongs to Stillsteep. Please don't reuse it commercially without asking.
• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise perfection.

Liability & disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stillsteep operates.
