Refunds & replacements

If your tea arrives damaged or isn't right, email hello@stillsteep.com within 30 days — we'll replace it or refund you. No need to ship anything back.

That's the whole policy. A few practical notes to make it fast:

  • Include your order email (the one you used at checkout) so we can find your order.
  • A photo of any damage helps us fix packaging problems, but it's not required.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We'd rather you love the tea than keep your money. If a blend just wasn't for you, tell us — we'll point you at one that's a better fit, or make it right.
