Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to ship you tea and say hello occasionally, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, and shipping address, collected at checkout so we can fulfill and support your order.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Email address — if you join our mailing list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders (including sharing your shipping address with our fulfillment partner).
• Sending order confirmations and tracking updates.
• Occasional newsletters, if you opted in.
• Answering your support emails.

What we don't do

• Sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• Send marketing email you didn't sign up for.
• Track you around the internet with advertising pixels.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email hello@stillsteep.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Service providers

We use a small set of services to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our fulfillment partner (who receives only what's needed to pack and ship your order). Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.
