How much tea is in a pouch?
Each pouch holds 3 oz (about 85 g) of loose-leaf tea — roughly 30 cups if you use a teaspoon-ish per mug. The pouches are resealable, so the last cup stays as fresh as the first.
Do I need special equipment?
Just something to hold the leaves while they steep — a basket infuser, a teapot with a strainer, or even a simple mesh ball. If you're starting from zero, a basket infuser that sits in your mug is the one we'd pick.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing extra — US shipping is included in every price you see. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
What if my tea arrives damaged or just isn't right?
Email hello@stillsteep.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to ship anything back.
Which tea should I start with?
The Ritual Sampler — any three pouches for $45. If you want one answer: Morning Well if you like coffee, Deep Work if you don't, Wind Down if it's after 8pm.
How should I steep it?
Every product page lists its water temperature and time. General rule: black teas like water just off the boil for 4–5 minutes; green teas like cooler water (about 175°F) for 2–3 minutes; rooibos is unbothered and forgiving.
Is the packaging resealable?
Yes — every pouch has a resealable closure and is designed to keep leaves fresh on your shelf for months.
